yummy denim all the time. i’m missing my ripped up jeans this winter- had i been a little more on the ball i would have patched a pair up. loving all these worked in soft looking indigos, my guess is these linen japanese dyed looking things (a la jenna lyon’s scarf) are going to be the next ‘it’ fabric on the body and in the home.
my feelings have been brewing for chiara totire for the past few months. this evening it went from intrigue to a full on girl crush. i googled my little chi and absolutely love her story. she was a pharmacist in milan until deciding in her late 20’s to shift gears completely and start assisting a stylist. i can completely relate seeing that i’m reentering the fashion world myself after a few years on hiatus opening fro yo shops. other than mad respect for her success in this transition i am also crushing on her long dark wavy locks, i am so very glad to be fighting the good fight against the ubiquitous bob, i’m now half way to flowing freedom.
