succulents, pineapples, cacti- seems like a natural progression. maybe it’s just because i’m looking for them but i’m noticing a big cactus trend- lots of cool restaurants and shops are adopting them as their plant of choice. i gather they’re pretty easy to take care of and they fit nicely with mid century decor. i’m having a tough time envisioning them in canada but a few scattered in my bathroom or kitchen could be cute. i’m all for low maintenance greenery.
