allow me to live vichristmastly through you

a chanukah bush- sounds like something that needs to be tended to/inappropriate dinner table talk. i’m actually strongly adverse to the unchristmasy adorned foliage- if your gonna do it, and aren’t a church goer, that’s ok… just don’t dress up your shrubs with dreidels- it’s depressing. my sibs and i have started a tradition of stocking exchange- it’s our own little take away from the christmas we got to celebrate for a few years with our no longer step family. i often dream of having christmas once i have children but am still not sure that’s the appropriate road to take- perhaps just walking down the alit snowy streets, sipping on almond milk egg nog (bless whole foods,) and continuing our stocking tradition will be just enough.
