the answer is no. this is not my grand coming out. BUT- my bestie is having a baby. she asked me the other day to dig up some nursery inspiration- actually more of a challenge than i thought. going through mommy blogs is tedious and rather hard on the eyes for the most part- there must be a bunch i haven’t come across that aren’t filled with butterfly decals and ugly pumpkin cookie diy’s. i’m liking the rooms with a little bohemian flare, layered with cozy sheepskins and natural fabrics- gender neutral color schemes, modern cribs, unmatchy furniture (repurposed adult furniture rather than strictly baby), ethnic rugs, mobiles of architectural interest- but most of all a happy, healthy, warm little ginger babe- congrats my quinny- my hunt will continue.
