i may be mistooken and some of these metals may not be brass but ya get the point. i’m ridiculously attracted to vintage brass hardware in the kitchen and/or bathroom- oh so chic… sometimes it’s all in the details, what could be a very basic looking room get’s a minor face lift with major impact. never been one to balk at a brass mirror, or light fixture’s a la lindsay adelman. my mom has been storing an old brass bed in her basement for years, begging each of us to take it home- for my own sleeping lounge i prefer something a little more modern, but i could fit it in to a guest bedroom one day if no other siblings snag it first.
